Where is ZEOCLAY Mined and Processed?

ZEOCLAY is made of Clinoptilolite, a type of zeolite mineral that is naturally occurring and can be found in a variety of locations around the world, including the United States and Turkey. It is formed through the process of volcanic activity, and can be mined from deposits in the earth.  ZEOCLAY is taken directly from our privately owned mine in Turkey, where we also process and package the product with no additives.

Zeolites are a group of minerals that have a unique porous structure, which makes them highly effective at absorbing and trapping contaminants and other impurities. Clinoptilolite, in particular, is known for its ability to absorb excess moisture, as well as for its ability to act as a natural detoxifier by removing heavy metals and other harmful substances from the body.

In the skin care industry, clinoptilolite is often processed and refined to be used in a variety of products, such as face masks, toners, and serums. The process of refining clinoptilolite for skin care typically involves crushing the mineral into a fine powder and then purifying it to remove any impurities or contaminants.

Once it has been processed and refined, clinoptilolite can be incorporated into skin care products in a number of ways. It can be used as a standalone ingredient, or it can be combined with other active ingredients to create a more effective product. Some skin care products that contain clinoptilolite are designed to be applied topically, while others are designed to be taken orally as a dietary supplement. ZEOCLAY is designed to only be applied topically.

Overall, clinoptilolite is a natural, safe, and effective ingredient that has a variety of benefits for the skin. It is highly effective at absorbing excess moisture, removing impurities and toxins, and promoting healthy, glowing skin.
